Doncaster Housing for Young People 

Since its establishment in 1993, DHYP has been committed to supporting young individuals aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness.

Their mission is to help young people overcome barriers and thrive by providing essential services such as homelessness prevention, education, employment skills, and wellbeing support. They also offer practical assistance to families to reduce pressure and improve relationships.

Investment from Postcode Innovation Trust was used to acquire their third Supported Shared Housing Accommodation to support young people who are at risk of homelessness or have come through the care system.
